William J. Kelly. Bill received his early education at the Notre Dame de Lourdes grammar school and graduated from Keith Academy with the Class of 1951.

He began his work with the Massachusetts Department of Public Works, Highway Division, in May of 1951 while also attending night school at Northeastern University, earning an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering.

Bill met Joanne in 1953 and they were married on June 2, 1956. Bill served in the United States Army 82nd Airborne during the Korean Conflict. Bill was a kind, honest man who will always be remembered for his love and dedication to family.

He is survived by three sons, David Kelly and his wife Donna of Lowell, Kevin Kelly and his wife Sheryl of Framingham, and Phillip Kelly and his wife Mai of Methuen. He is survived by : his wife Jean M. Kelly; his children, Jill Drew (Paul), Jeffrey Kelly (Mary), Janet Lundquist (Fred) and Joy Stiles (Gregory); and his sister Mary Beth Kelly Fricano of Arlington, VA..
